Summary
Supports the development of marketing plans, including publicity, promotions, sales, and merchandising strategies. Assists with media layouts, copy, and broadcast releases. Requires knowledge of business, marketing, advertising, merchandising, and public relations practices, plus proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and graphic design.
Duties
DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in establishing and developing effective marketing plans. Marketing plans consist of comprehensive publicity, promotional, sales, and merchandising strategies and campaigns. Includes recommendations for various media layouts such as copy, photographic, print, and broadcast releases.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of general business, marketing, advertising, merchandising, and public relations practices, methods, and processes.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, and favorable completion of a Tier 1 background investigation is required.

- Graphic Design abilities required.
- Applicants must have one year of post-high school experience in the service industry or one year of post-high school education.
- Probationary period may be required.
- All Federal NAF employees are required by PL 104-134 to have salary payments made by electronic funds transfer/direct deposit.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME:
Demonstrated work experience directly related to the duties to be performed. Work experience must be equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade level.
Preferred are those candidates who possess work experience or education directly related to Graphic Design.
Education
High School graduate or equivalent.
