Duties
- Formulates and implements marketing policy and procedure for MWR programs.
- Recommends priorities, develops plans and directs the execution of market research, analysis and assessment.
- Develops sales, promotional and merchandising strategies, brochures and pamphlets.
- Directs subordinate staff in assisting managers market and promote their programs. This includes advertising, event marketing, sales campaigns, sales promotions, radio and television production graphic art design, and development of MWR publications.

Qualifications
Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform
successfully the duties of the position. Work experience must have be equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next
lower pay band level. Work experience developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals.
OR
Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. Specialized
education developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals.
