MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the
duties of the position. Work experience must have be equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. Ability to
develop and make written and oral presentations of technical materials to nontechnical personnel.
OR
Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. Ability to develop and
make written and oral presentations of technical materials to nontechnical personnel.
HIGHLY QUALIFIED CRITERIA:
1. Must have at least 3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
2. Must have at least 3 years of experience as a supervisor or manager.
