Qualifications
Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Work experience must be equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. Work experience developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals.
OR
Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. Specialized education developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals.
Highly Preferred - Resume must demonstrate experience in the highly preferred criteria.
1. Experience in marketing, analytics techniques and delivery methodologies
2. Experience in design of creative collateral using industry standard software
3. 2-3 years of experience coordinating and managing a marketing department at a large garrison
4. Knowledge and management of trending digital delivery platforms- social media, analytics solutions
Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list.
