Summary
About the position: This position will be assigned to the 773d FSS Marketing Department in Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.
As a Regular Full-Time employee, you have a regular and continuous work schedule of at least 35 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week.

Duties
Executes the 773d and 673d Force Support Squadron cohesive branding through messaging, copy, graphics, video, and promotional
content to be distributed online. Serves as the web designer, maintaining web page graphics, and updating information. Duties include
researching and recommending new software to support the web page infrastructure to include FSS website content and AFSVC
digital platforms. Responsible for creating, editing, publishing, administering, and removing digital content across the website, social
media platforms, and any additional digital mediums. Implements new technology like use of artificial intelligence, recommends
solutions for customers, and performs web data analysis. Tracks web based analytics and delivers cohesive monthly reports. Works in
tandem with the Marketing Director and Marketing Assistants to develop creative promotions, information, and direct marketing for
the website, social media, and all digital platforms. Maintains accuracy and relevancy of all digital content. Makes strategic plans for
digital media. Reviews copy, graphics, advertisements, and links to ensure quality and proper branding of websites. Creates original
video promotions. Maintains all encompassing calendar for 773d and 673d Squadron events and programs. Updates digital monitors,
marquees, and other digital media regularly. Assists in determining campaign needs including print/digital, type, quantity, and
locations; copying, collating, mounting, laminating, compiling, organization, and distribution of materials. Works with base agencies
governing web, content/security to ensure all Air Force and Federal regulations are met. Meet with Facility/Activity Managers to
perform duties and driving between facilities located on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson is required to perform duties. Performs
other related duties as assigned. May be subject to irregular duty hours for event coverage.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Qualifying Experience:
Must have the experience or education which demonstrates skills in web design and multi-channel marketing. Working knowledge of
design/publishing software such as Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Premier
Pro required. Active practitioner of networking platforms/tools and their respective participants. Must have training in web
development/design to include HTML and CSS. Experience with WordPress and with the ability to work in a wide range of resource
types/levels in a fast paced environment. Must possess a broad understanding of web trends/technologies and research/analytic tools.
Must be creative, detail oriented, and accomplish multiple tasks within deadlines. Must be able to produce media without
grammatical errors. Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. Must be physically able to lift/carry objects weighing up
to 25lbs. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tie 1 investigation and preemployment drug test.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does allow for education substitution.
FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
