Clarification from the agency

Duties
- Receives, identifies, sorts and feeds the various recycle processing equipment with a variety of recycle materials.
- Moves appropriate recyclable material to the bailer machine, ensuring the material is correct for the process.
- Identifies and separates recyclable material during the sorting process, in accordance with instructions, standard operating procedures, and policies for the recycle operation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position to include a physical.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
- Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push and bend on a routine basis.
- Shift will vary due to mission; nights weekends and holidays maybe required.
