Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Meatcutter Supervisor without more than normal supervision. I am skilled in the most difficult and complex Meatcutter Supervisory duties such as planning work assignments; planning work schedules and the use of equipment, materials and tools; investigating work related problems and resolving them; and setting performance standards. I am considered an expert and work with a high degree of independence. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
