Physical Effort: Will be required to help patients in and out of motor vehicles, wheelchair vans, busses, etc. Will exert heavy physical work, i.e., bending, lifting, turning, or moving arms, feet, legs, operates hand and foot controls, changes tires, makes emergency repairs on vehicles, can lift 50 pounds or more, especially patients, materials, supplies, and equipment. Sitting and driving a car, van, or truck for long periods of time, up to and including eight-hours, or long distances is also required.
Working Conditions: Will be required to work outside in all weather conditions. Will be required to lift items more than 50 pounds. Will drive vehicles at legal speeds, through major city congestion, through heavy traffic over complicated roads and interchange systems, and other road conditions. Will work with contaminated materials, i.e., medical waste and supplies.

COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE (SCREEN OUT): A current and valid state-issued
Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required for the position.
Your CDL must have the following:
- Passenger (P) endorsement
- No air brake restrictions

IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities.
