Duties
- Through subordinate activity managers, is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Directorate, Morale Welfare and Recreation (DMWR) Support Division at a small/medium garrison.
- Provides policies and guidance to ensure attainment of the established objectives of the division.
- Directs and develops finance and accounting operations through various services to include receipt of, distribution of, and accounting for NAF.
- Reviews and evaluates progress of program plans to determine whether overall objectives are being accomplished economically with reference to budget and manpower.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience directing one or more DMWR Support Management programs for a garrison, or similar civilian community, for at least one year.
Highly Preferred Criteria:
- Possess minimum (1) year of professional experience as a NAF Support Manager, Financial Manager, or Financial Management Specialist for Army NAF.
- Possess minimum (1) year of professional experience planning, executing, and reviewing Army NAF budgets.
- Possess minimum (3) year of operational experience using Army NAF DFMWR financial management and record keeping systems to include Rec Trac, SMIRF, and FMBS.
- Possess minimum (1) year experience of operational oversight of cash handling procedures, internal controls, NAF government purchase card program, and NAF major and minor construction contracts.
