Qualifications
1. Work Experience directing/managing one or more DMWR Support Management programs for a Garrison, or similar civilian community, for at least one year.
2.Knowledge of programming, planning, budgeting, and long range planning.
Best Qualifying Criteria:
1. At least two (2) years work experience directing one or more DFMWR Support Management Branch at garrison, Region, or HQ.
2. Work experience overseeing all phases of major projects to ensure integration and coordination are within established time frames.
3. Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures appropriate to FMWR programs and activities that demonstrates working knowledge of DoD policies and regulations.
4. Experience executing an effective acquisition, financial management, property. and internal control plan to include demonstrated ability to determine resource needs and allocation of resources for both APF and NAF budgets and analysis of financial data.
5. Experience with development, implementation and execution of Strategic Planning pertaining to the operation of FMWR programs and activities.
6. Supervisory experience at a division level ensuring that employees are properly selected, evaluated, and compensated and adequately prepared to manage a multi-sector/diverse workforce and a variety of work situations.
