Entitled to 1.49% COLA (subject to change without notice).

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.

- Required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon hire and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dated 30 August 1993.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, Chapter 2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

- Incumbent must file a Confidential Statement of Affiliations and Financial Interest in accordance with the requirements of AR 600-50.
Qualifications
1. Work experience directing/managing one or more D,FMWR Support Management programs for a Garrison, or similar civilian community for at least one (1) year.
2. Knowledge of programming, planning, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Highly Preferred: Candidates that possess the highly preferred criteria below and meet the minimum qualifications above will be referred to the hiring manager first. Criteria is verified within the application package.
1. Possess work experience providing oversight and management of division level NAF Support programming to include Financial Management, Marketing, IT and Internal Controls.
2. Possess work experience researching and developing policies with an emphasis on Financial Management and Internal Controls.
3. Possess work experience assisting with the development and administrative of Directorate level budgets.
4. Possess work experience using FMWR financial management systems like FMBS, SMIRF, ePay, RecTrac, etc.
5. Possess work experience that demonstrates sufficient internal control mechanisms are in place for all divisions within the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation.
6. Possess five (5) years of work experience in reviewing program priorities and developing five-year plans covering projected programs of personnel, funds, and facilities.
7. Possess work experience in directing, developing, and administering plans and procedures throughout a division.
