Duties
Guest Services Manager (NF 1101 3):
Guest Relations and Front Desk Operations:
- Supervises and performs front desk operations including reservations (groups and individuals), cashiering, check-in, check-out, room assignments, and inventory control.
- Coordinates with relevant department heads for routine operational issues and to resolve administrative problems and complaints.
- Coordinates with housekeeping department to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory duties may include:
- Establishes objectives, planning, and priorities for accomplishment of workload either directly or through subordinate supervisors.
- Ensures weekly labor schedules are prepared and ensures that labor is adjusted to fluctuations of revenue and workload requirements in a timely manner.
- Works to improve quality of work and devises strategies for cost and timesaving.
- Performs other related supervisory duties as assigned.
Maintenance Coordinator (NF 1101 3):
- Coordinates, supervises and performs maintenance and repair at the assigned site.
- Evaluates project requests, determines correct materials to be used and submits recommendations and cost estimates to the Resort Manager.
- Responsible for all site equipment, vehicles, tools, and any regional equipment assigned to specific projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Ensures weekly labor schedules are prepared and ensures that labor is adjusted to fluctuations of revenue and workload requirements in a timely manner.

Laborer (NA 3502 3):
- Loads and unloads heavy boxes, bulky supplies, and materials to and from trucks, dollies, etc. Moves heavy boxes or cartons by hand, hand-truck, or dolly. Opens crates and boxes using crowbars and cuts bands using shears. Stacks boxes and cartons where directed.
- Using a shovel, digs ditches where grading and sloping is not required. Fills holes with dirt and levels bumps and low places using shovel, hand tamper, and rake.
- Runs hand and powered lawnmowers which do not require very heavy physical effort.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Custodial Worker (NA 3566 2):
- Interacts professionally with guests and other team members, displays a positive attitude, utilizes effective communication skills, and assists guests to include answering questions concerning hotel facilities and provides information about on base and local attractions.
- Provides assistance in handling customer complaints.
- Performs deep cleaning as required to include defrosting refrigerator, cleaning windows, replacing/cleaning of drapes, carpet shampooing or cleaning.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
