- A minimum of one year experience overseeing operation of an establishment or facility.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and skill to operate cash register, handling large sums of money accurately.
- Skill to process daily activity paperwork.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, and to provide work direction to other employees.

Spouses of relocating active-duty military members applying through Military Spouse Preference Program must upload all documents listed above. Spousal Preference applicants hired in a flexible position will not lose their spousal preference eligibility until declination or acceptance of a regular Full-Time or Part-Time position. Spousal Preference may only be utilized once for each permanent relocation.
