Qualifications
1.One (1) year of progressively responsible clerical and administrative experience which demonstrates the ability to perform duties such as: planning, organization, coordination, and monitoring of administrative actions and projects; resolution of administrative issues; and compliance with administrative procedures governing the preparation, routing, and approval of official forms and/or correspondence.
2. Communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
3. Type 40 words per minute using computers and their related software.
4. The ability and skill to research and analyze situations that may require resolving problems and complete tasks.
Best Qualified Criteria
1. Two (2) years managerial experience which demonstrates the ability to perform duties such as planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring administrative personnel actions.
2. Experience coordinating multiple managerial department heads and special staff calendars and event schedules (e.g., Training Schedules), developing, drafting, reviewing and preparing minutes, memoranda, operating procedures/policies, presentations, spreadsheets, and reviewing such items and other management information tools for correctness (grammar/spelling/accounting/data entry), audience, and ensuring attention to detail.
3. One (1) year experience preparing, reviewing and interpreting financial reports with the ability to correlate raw data into Excel and Powerpoint and brief management regarding the findings.
4. One (1) year accounting or bookkeeping experience.
