Duties
- Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the operation.
- Applies knowledge of the organization, its functions and regulations to carry out a wide variety of administrative functions (e.g. personnel, accounting, budget,, purchasing, logistics and supply, transportation, security, etc.).
- Receives telephone calls and visitors, provides required information from own knowledge or office files, or refers callers to appropriate person.
- Types various correspondence and reports.
- Gathers data and documentation for special projects and prepares briefing support materials. Establishes, maintains or controls files and logs.

Qualifications
Must possess all of the following:
1). Basic computer and math skills, and clerical and administrative work experience which indicates the ability to perform the duties as described above.
2). Must be able to type 40 words per minute.
3). Must be highly skilled in written and verbal communication.
4). Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other software as required.
