Duties
- Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties in support of the operation for which assigned.
- Maintains property accountability records. Prepares issue, turn-in and other transaction documents for non-expendable property. Monitors budgetary expenses.
- Types various correspondence and reports. Tabulates statistical data into final format. Gathers data and documentation for special projects and prepares briefing support materials.
- Establishes, maintains or controls suspense logs.

- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

- Willing and able to work rotating shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
1. Ability to use office automation equipment (such as copier, fax machine, scanner etc.) and software (such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point, and Excel etc.)
2. Work experience performing the following duties: filing documents, organizing electronic and hard copy files, scheduling appointments, answering telephones, submitting time & attendance, requesting supplies as needed, performing inventory on current supplies etc.
3. Ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply.
4. Ability to type 40 words per minute (wpm)
