Summary
Manages daily field office operations, overseeing gaming routes, slot systems, repairs, cash handling, and compliance. Supervises staff, provides training, ensures regulatory and internal control adherence, and reports to leadership. Handles financial planning, equipment procurement, and customer satisfaction. Requires physical ability to move gaming equipment and drive under varied conditions, including overseas military environments.
Duties
DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the day to day operations of a field office, managing and performing route gaming work at multiple locations on electronic gaming machines and peripheral equipment. Applies practical knowledge and understanding of slot management systems, electronics, internet technology, network applications and principles, and business management. Develops and/or communicates guidance and directives necessary to manage a fluid, profit-generating gaming business in a military environment. Briefs local MWR leadership on operational matters, operating results, and proposed changes and location issues. Identifies problems, recommending and/or initiating corrective action. Evaluates the success of projects in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction, and mission. Reviews financial reports, drafts project requirements and costs, develops field office operating plan and procures supplies and equipment. Perform a full range of supervisory duties. , Monitors and evaluates the troubleshooting and repair abilities of subordinate technicians. Provides technical training, troubleshoots problems, and performs repairs and maintenance on EGMs and peripheral equipment. Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Performs cash collections of EGMs, manages cash kiosks, and trains location and/or subordinate personnel on mandatory procedures. Supports and applies EEO principles at all times. Supports and ensures the integrity of all applicable internal controls.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to physically lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds and assist in the movement/installation of machines and equipment with the use of dollies or hand trucks. Position may require driving in adverse weather conditions, on and off military installations overseas, and transporting bulk loads consisting of EGMs, parts and peripheral gaming equipment.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Two years of specialized technical experience directly related to the duties described above, OR technical experience as a slot machine technician, OR similar experience gained from working in a position that required extensive knowledge of gaming operations, is required.
A minimum of one year of supervisory experience is required. Experience using Word and Excel is required.
Highly desirable qualifications include ARMP technician certification, comparable gaming service certification, OR experience attained in gaming operations, route gaming experience, Network+ certification, and strong writing skills.
Qualifications
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3 to include a Tier 1 background investigation and a physical examination. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.
A valid vehicle operator's permit in the area assigned is required within 30 days of arrival on duty.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required..
