SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-01 or equivalent to the next lower grade GS-04 in the Federal Service. Examples of specialized experiences is Prepare resource and capability reports, conduct monthly training records reviews. Ensures mortuary entitlements, escorts, and military honors are arranged. Conducts reviews and damage assessments. Lead emergency management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of the operations, products, services, needs, and goals of the program(s) and the organizations studied or served, and related customers, functions, resources, and users.
- Knowledge of analytical and evaluative techniques used to identify, consider, and resolve issues or problems
concerning efficiency and effectiveness of program operations to devise organizational structuring options for complex, diverse organizations.
- Skill in gathering, assembling, and analyzing facts; drawing conclusions; devising solutions to problems; identifying changes and trends; and preparing and presenting briefings and reports.
- Skill to carry out and complete assignments involving work with diverse and dynamic groups by gaining their
cooperation with tact, courtesy, and diplomacy and moving them towards an ownership of their objective without imposing personal bias.
- Knowledge of mortuary business and trade practices, characteristics, and methods of administering, delivering, and evaluating operations.
- Knowledge of training techniques, characteristics, and methods of administering, delivering, and evaluating operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to gain cooperation from others through tact, courtesy, and diplomacy.
