Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Planning, coordinating, or evaluating logistical actions in logistical management operations using supply related databases to support material requirements; AND
2) Utilizing Government Purchase card program regulations, policies and procedures to complete open market research; AND
3) Planning, and coordinating open purchases for the acquisition of supplies, equipment, and ship-board repair parts; AND
4) Using follow-up and receipt procedures in shipping and receiving materials; AND
5) Analyzing warehouse layouts and storage options to stow and retrieve materials.

The Office of the Secretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness) limits the number of Bahrain based DoD personnel accompanied tours. Dependent entry approval from Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command is required for all accompanied tours prior to extending the final job offer and prior to issuing Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders. Emergency-Essential Position: This position is designated Emergency-Essential (E-E). In the event of a crisis situation, the incumbent, or designated alternate, must continue to perform the E-E duties until relieved by proper authority. The incumbent, or designated alternate, may be required to take part in readiness exercises. This position cannot be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization without seriously impairing the capability of the organization to function effectively. This meets the criteria of an E-E position and requires that the incumbent, or designated alternate, be removed from military recall status.
The incumbent may be performing the above duties at a variety of job sites within commuting area. It is incumbent's responsibility to transport himself/herself in an expeditious manner between job sites in the local area of his/her permanent duty station with reimbursement of costs
in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations.
