GS-13:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating a broad range of Program Analyst experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Independently analyzing Naval acquisition and integrated logistics support management to support the Naval Supply System in sustainment;
2) Applying a broad range of technical, integrated logistics support, and budgetary principles and concepts to successfully manage complex projects;
3) Independently formulating budgets using DON policies and procedures to successfully develop funding requirements and justification in support of engineering efforts;
4) Representing the organization as an analytical expert to other government agencies and private industries;
5) Conducting and coordinating special projects in the Engineering Department that align with the organization's mission and strategic plan.
GS-12:
