Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Lead cross-functional teams or programs focused on enterprise-wide process improvement, financial systems modernization, or audit readiness; 2) Develop and execute plans aligned with organizational strategies and goals; 3) Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements based on analytical findings, performance data, or risk assessments; 4) Apply organizational policies, laws, and regulations to identify and resolve operational challenges; 5) Proficient in collecting, interpreting, and synthesizing large volumes of complex financial or operational data using tools such as SAP, SQL, Microsoft Access, or Excel to inform strategic decision-making; 6) Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, or presentations with actionable recommendations; 7) Support or manage enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or financial management systems, including design enhancements, data integrity, interface issues, and system sustainment operations; 8) Develop and align program objectives with strategic plans; 9) Assess risks, plan mitigation strategies, and implement policies or initiatives accordingly; 10: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical or policy information to stakeholders, leadership, and interdepartmental teams; 11) Provide guidance or technical direction to staff or contractors, and performing evaluations of work performance.
