Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience may include the following:
1) Provide guidance, and oversight to stakeholders of annual phasing plan development, funding requests, strategies and utilization when funding shortfalls are identified to maintain mission readiness.
2) Review for accuracy and completion of standardized reports, briefs, and products articulating financial status and metrics for programs utilizing Excel sheets, Word documents and PowerPoint presentations to articulate financial status and metrics for the program. Prepare briefs for program deliverables to senior leadership. Apply complex fact finding, program management, and problem solving methods and techniques to provide recommendations to all internal and external organizational levels.
3) Develop management and/or program evaluation plans, and procedures for ongoing projects and suspense items on a daily basis. Develop policies and procedures to implement program and operating requirements and functions.
4) Analyze training plans to correct deficiencies and gaps discovered during assessments.
5) Provide regional guidance, validate inputs, compile, and defend force protection requirements required for use in the management and direction of force protection programs effectiveness.
