For GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following:
1) Building and leveraging relationships with internal and external groups independently to facilitate effective contract execution and achieve strategic objectives; 2) Leading the monitoring of projects and outcomes, ensuring rigorous compliance with regulations, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment; 3) Developing and delivering tailored written and oral communications independently, engaging professionally with senior leadership to influence decision-making; 4) Proactively analyzing and forecasting potential issues, developing comprehensive solutions independently through critical thinking and a robust network of resources; 5) Identifying and documenting project issues, independently recommending and implementing impactful corrective actions to improve processes and project performance, demonstrating measurable results; 6) leading the acquisition process and developing contract requirements: IE Statements of Work, Acquisition Strategies, Independent government cost estimates.
For GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Assisting with building relationships with internal/external groups to influence contract outcomes and supporting CORs in delivering stakeholder interests;
2) Assisting with leading and monitoring contract surveillance, ensuring compliance and accountability for program outcomes; 3) Tailoring written and oral communication to various levels, delivering formal documentation and assisting with engaging senior personnel; 4) Assisting with analyzing and forecasting issues, developing solutions using critical thinking and available resources; 5) Reporting contract performance, identifying issues, and assisting with recommending corrective actions for process and project improvement.
