Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience may include:
-Evaluate and advise on organization structures, methods, and procedures to improve program deliverables and efficiency.
-Develop, implement, and maintain, long and short-range resources and program plans.
-Perform budget, financial and resource analysis to ensure long-term program support.
-Identify and recommend requirements and deficiencies for the inclusion in the programming process.

-Managing Housing programs by studying operating processes and procedures to refine productivity and efficiency.
-Advise on a wide range of program analysis activities to identify and rectify systemic/programmatic issues in assigned programs.
-Program development and financial management to provide programs in Housing, Family Service Programs and Fleet Readiness.
