Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level
(GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating a wide range, comprehensive knowledge and experience in management information systems, security assistance programs, acquisition procurement, and foreign military sales (FMS).
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Utilizing logistics management methods, principles and techniques in support of program goals and objectives; and
2) Researching, analyzing, and resolving supply and financial discrepancies or issues; and
3) Evaluating quantitative or qualitative analysis data to determine program operational performance; and
4) Evaluating, and/or implementing workable solutions to improve performance or reverse negative trends; and
5) Identifying potential alternative sources for supplies by initiating acquisitions, and interfacing with commercial buying services; and
6) Ensuring the financial accuracy of all programs by identifying and resolving discrepancies and developing effective solutions while maintaining timely delivery of all material and services.
