Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience includes:
1) Inputting information into databases from surveys, and tracking training;
2) Assisting with the coordination of training events to include venue preparation, registration and payment processing;
3) Compiling research for potential training and education vendors;
4)Researching courses of action to recommend that will enhance professional development for military members and civilian employees;
5) Assisting with the preparation of training submissions, budget tracking reports, program self-assessments, and standard operating procedures for continuous process improvement.
