Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of principles, laws, regulations, and analytical methodologies relevant to civilian personnel programs to assess and support organizational effectiveness; 2)Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to develop, monitor, and optimize workforce plans and resource allocations in support of program goals; 3) Planning, coordinating, and managing civilian human capital initiatives, such as performance management, staffing, position management, and incentive programs, to improve program outcomes; 4)Preparing detailed reports, briefings, and policy guidance for senior leadership at multiple organizational levels, focusing on program performance, civilian personnel metrics, and military-civilian integration.
For the GS-11
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Gathering and analyzing manpower and related statistical data to support the development of reports and briefings for various organizational programs; 2) Creating reports, analyses, and presentation materials using software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access to compile and present data in usable formats; 3) Assisting supervisors on program requirements and coordinating the implementation of programs such as performance management, position management, and incentive programs; 4) Offering guidance to senior leadership on basic manning and workforce planning matters to support decision-making and resource alignment.
