GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Program Analyst specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level
(GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate:
1) Analyzing statistical and data reviews comparing various allowance output to identify potential problems and recommend potential solutions.
2) Researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices to apply to Maritime Allowance programs or operations.
3) Utilizing various systems and databases to develop, execute and assess Retail and Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) projects to support required readiness objectives.
4) Overseeing and coordinating the efforts of operations of Maritime components using written/ oral communication skills within a team environment.
