Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience providing analytical and evaluation methods and skill in applying a wide range of methods used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning personnel and related processes, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Experience performing a range of analytical studies and projects related to workplace programs.
- Experience developing metrics to track progress in attaining goals and objectives.
- Experience providing statistical evaluation, analysis, and recommendations based on the results of outreach events.
- Experience conducting management programs by developing improvement studies, gathering facts, collecting sample data, and compiling information obtained of review by higher-level management.
