Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing in-depth analysis of program data (such as cost, schedule, and performance metrics) for large-scale, complex technical programs to identify programmatic or performance challenges and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Proactively identifying, tracking, and assessing program risks related to system architecture, development, or integration, and developing effective mitigation strategies to ensure program success. Integrating new and existing complex programs within a large enterprise framework, identifying synergies, and resolving programmatic conflicts to improve overall enterprise efficiency. Developing, maintaining, using or improving analytical tools, dashboards, or processes to enhance program performance monitoring, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making for senior management.
