Summary

You will serve as The Associate Director, Academic Consortia in the Academic Consortia Department of US NAVAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

Duties

  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the planning and development of new programs; integrate new partners into the consortium; provide technical expertise and quality control for implementation
  • You will interpret and visualize data for program, partner, and consortium optimization; serve as a part of the escalation process to resolve issues effectively; and support contract close-out when necessary.
  • You will establish scalable management processes for ongoing execution of programs. Provide portfolio oversight of partner institutions, ensuring programs meet established goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • You will administer departmental activities and operational objectives set by the Director; maintains knowledge repositories tailored to internal and partner audiences; administers the unit’s operational calendar.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1) Executing contract management, from drafting and negotiation to compliance and policy interpretation, tailored to complex higher education and government partnerships.

2) Leading the strategic planning, execution, and successful completion of complex, multi-institutional Academic Consortia programs. Using a strong focus on quality assurance and continuous program enhancements.

3) Providing regular updates and reports on the unit, program, partner, and Academic Consortium performance. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for unit, program, partnership improvements and new opportunities.
