Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DA-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Leading and managing projects, resources, and associated cost-schedule-performance efforts for assigned programs;
2) Planning, budgeting, and executing the acquisition, delivery, and life cycle sustainment of Support Equipment programs;
3) Leading large, multi-disciplined teams of government and contractor personnel in the effective execution of a broad portfolio of products and services;
4) Making major program recommendations to senior stakeholders concerning program direction, policy, resources, schedules, and strategies; and
5) Coordinating and interfacing with appropriate Program Offices, Commands, senior fleet representatives, government stakeholders, and contractors to ensure program execution.
