Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Experience applying budget and financial management for the administration of major acquisition programs; 2) Experience with the development, coordination, and justification of a comprehensive Program Objective Memorandum brief for multi-million dollar programs; 3) Experience conducting studies and evaluating programs to determine effective use of resources; and 4) Experience leading a team of professionals, planning, prioritizing and assigning workload.
This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-03 (GS-13) position in the federal service.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
