Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, utilize various analytical and evaluative tools (quantitative and qualitative), summarize results and make appropriate recommendations. 2) Mastery of advanced program management and organization principles and practices. Ability to initiate, propose and develop new and revised techniques, processes, and methods to
effectively manage programs related to energy management. 3) Comprehensive knowledge of utility and energy management regulations, principles, theories, and practices. Comprehensive knowledge of government energy reduction objectives 4) Ability to effectively display and communicate analysis and program status with spreadsheets, presentations, databases, charts, and written documents. 5) Ability to extract, gather, manipulate, reconcile, and analyze data pulled from various databases/applications/tools (e.g. eProjects, MAXIMO, CIRCUITS, DUERS, INFADS and the G2 IEPS Tool Suite).
