To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as performing ALL of the following duties: 1) Formulating strategic organizational goals, plans, policies, procedures, and work plans for organization-wide mission functions and activities; 2) Advising and briefing leadership and organization staff regarding the status of programs, projects, and organizational events; 3) Leading enterprise-wide programs to facilitate process improvement and enhanced customer service outcomes, including analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative and technical programs; and, 4) Identifying and resolving problematic issues by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization and operational environment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-03 or GS-12/13).
