Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Managing projects by detailed assessments of capability requirements, resourcing, and allocation strategies to meet mission capability requirements.;
2) Advising senior leaders on project objectives, scheduling, resourcing, stakeholder identification and execution;
3) Utilizing knowledge of external organizations including combatant commanders, adjacent components, allied and partner militaries to oversee force posture;
4) Using policy and strategy, processes and procedures for strategic force laydown and global force management and force posture practices; and
5) Leading cross-functional planning teams to identify emerging capability requirements, areas of risk and risk mitigation strategies.
