FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Assisting higher graded personnel in developing quality assurance plans or other assessment methods to evaluate contractor's work against measurable performance standards; 2) Assisting higher graded personnel in conducting site visits to monitor contractor performance for facilities maintenance services and construction projects; 3) Observing and analyzing operations to determine if work schedules are being followed by contractors; and 4) Assisting highier graded personnel in ensuring contractors follow the proper safety principles, practices, regulations, and standards applicable to operations such as facilities maintenance, repair and alteration, utility systems operation and maintenance, and base operations support functions.
FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Applying assessment methods to evaluate contractor's work against measurable performance standards; 2) Monitoring contractor performance for facilities maintenance services and construction projects; 3) Observing and analyzing operations to determine if work schedules are being followed by contractors; and 4) Ensuring contractors follow the proper safety principles, practices, regulations, and standards applicable to operations such as facilities maintenance, repair and alteration, utility systems operation and maintenance, and base operations support functions.
