Selective Placement Factor: Must have successfully completed a Criminal Investigator Training Program (CITP), Uniformed Police Training Program (UPTP)
or equivalent Federal State or Local Law Enforcement training program.

Specialized Experience: must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal service
leading and conducting activities that support the development, implementation and management of an enterprise-wide physical security program. Such experience includes providing technical expertise regarding security posture, technology, tactics, and other physical security-related subjects; advising senior management on a variety of matters pertaining to security practices and policies; developing security business practices and standard operating procedures based on the interpretation of various security laws, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines; and overseeing security reviews and audits. Background Investigation: To ensure the accomplishment of our mission, FLETC requires every employee to be reliable and trustworthy.
