In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. To qualify for the DE-02 position, applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower pay band or grade/level performing the following: 1) Develop new operating procedures and methods for the organization to utilize during projects. 2) Provide input to develop financial documents for review by senior leadership. 3) Measure the compliance required on new regulations/policies and write implementing instructions for approval. 4) analyze established administrative methods and procedures throughout the organization and consider the flow of work among two or more organizational segments and externally to other organizations.

Successfully completed 2 years above high school education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as program management. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
OR
Have the specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have at least two years above the hight school level as described in B, but less than the required three years. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
