Duties
As a Program Analyst, you will:
- Monitor, evaluate, and oversee agency progress against program plans and advises Executive Office management of emerging concerns.
- Participate in the review, evaluation and formulation of Department-wide policy, plans and objectives relating to the asset forfeiture program.
- Conduct research or coordinate data collection, as requested, in support of various Executive Office initiatives.

This is a remote position. The salary range listed depicts the range covering the lowest locality level, up to the highest locality level. Salary will be determined upon selection and dependent upon duty location, grade, step, and locality pay of selectee(s). Additional salary information can be found on Salaries & Wages (opm.gov).
Key Requirements:
- Must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation.
- All new hires will be required to comply with federal ethics laws. A review of financial or other interests may be conducted to determine if they create any real or apparent conflict of interests with official Treasury duties.
- Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
- If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.

Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience for the GS-14: You must have at least
one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes
ALL the following:
- Assisting in program planning and business process improvement or project management teams. Examples of this may include but are not limited to participating in the planning or coordination of problem solving studies, working with asset forfeiture program strategies or forfeiture policies;
AND
- Utilizing organizational and business management strategies or processes to make recommendations on problem resolutions;
AND
- Participating in teams to assist with conducting research or data collection.
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or
volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your resumé.
