Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
-Experience leading efforts to develop detailed program analysis to resolve programming, resourcing, or contracting issues for the individual training capability area.
-Experience providing proper technical advice to develop, organize, and integrate individual training requirement issue papers for the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Process.
-Experience supervising teams to solve programming, budgeting, resourcing or contracting issues.
-Experience developing individual training or Ready Relevant Learning position papers or power point briefs and presenting to senior level leadership.
-Experience understanding and developing analytical tools and techniques for measuring individual training trends or problem solving
