To qualify for a
Program Analyst (Order to Cash Audit Remediation and Sustainment), your resume and supporting documentation must support:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Identify audit remediation and sustainment issues and assist in developing recommendations to resolve problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations.
- Develop plans, goals, or objectives for administration of the audit remediation and sustainment program and the assessment of compliance with applicable DLA/DoD/Federal regulations.
- Work with subject matter experts (SME) to develop and/or implement recommendations for process improvements.
- Conduct annual internal control test plans in accordance with OMB Circular A-123, Management's Responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control.
- Apply practical knowledge of Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and DLA inventory management laws and regulations to include but not limited to DOD Supply Chain Materiel Management Regulation, Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP), Military Standard Transaction Reporting and Accountability Procedures (MILSTRAP) and Stock Positioning Policy in order to ensure Order to Cash (OC2) processes are in accordance with the law.
