You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience is defined as: 1) Perform acquisition life cycle product development to include managing cost, schedule, and performance activities; 2) Coordinate acquisition support activities necessary to meet program objectives; and 3) Develop complex acquisition strategy planning/documentation to manage the program portfolio. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02)/GS-11.
