To qualify for a Program Manager (Contingency Contract Operations), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
Creditable specialized experience includes:
- Evaluating theater operation plans and assessing supporting contingency tasks and missions.
- Providing technical guidance to direct the design of contingency plans, foreign and domestic, deliberate, as well as crisis action.
- Briefing senior leaders and highest-level officials on Operational Contract Support, military exercise and operational planning, and/or logistics/contracting operations support.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing military component and/or Joint exercises.
- Providing technical guidance to direct the development of contingency plans, foreign and domestic, deliberate, as well as crisis action.
