Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Develop technical work documents and defining actual work execution.
- Quality assurance concepts, principles, and methodology to analyze and recommend quality improvement to complex shipyard programs.
- Provide program review, program evaluation, and maintenance organizational levels (i.e., New Construction, Intermediate level, Depot Level and contractor executed work).
- Provide audits and surveys of facilities and/or Submarines having undergone overhaul or major modification demonstrated by experience and job assignment.
- Ability to extend and modify existing techniques and develop new approaches for resolving a variety of complex quality assurance problems.
