In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.
Basic Requirement:
Education
Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study -- quality assurance, statistics, mathematics, production management, industrial management, computer science, engineering, engineering technology, physical sciences, textiles, or other fields related to the position.
OR
Specialized Experience: Experience that demonstrated a practical knowledge in monitoring, controlling, or maintaining the quality of products or services in quality assurance, procurement, inspection, production, or related areas.
AND
Qualifying Experience:
To qualify at the
GG-14, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as:
experience providing oversight of quality assurance programs; researching, developing, preparing, and interpreting all policies and procedures; providing technical advice and developing instructions for subordinate quality assurance elements.
