Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
1. Progressive work experience, which demonstrates an acquired knowledge of the theories, principals, practices and techniques of performing investigations and studies as described within the duties listed above.
2. Must have knowledge of double-entry accrual method of accounting demonstrated through work experience or education that reflects ability to perform audit assignments.
3. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level
.4. Experience in word-processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
5. Must have experience in leading or working in a team.
6. Must possess good written and oral communication skills.
The Highly Preferred Qualifications for this position are:
1. Working knowledge of and the ability to utilize ePAY/Blueforce (or private sector equivalent) payroll administration database.
2. Working knowledge of and the ability to utilize Financial Management Budget System (FMBS) or private sector equivalent.
3. Working knowledge of and the ability to utilize Corporate Electronic Document Management System (CEDMS) payroll administration repository or private sector equivalent
4. Working knowledge of and the ability to utilize Standard Management Information Reports for Finance (SMIRF) or private sector equivalent.
