To qualifiy at the GS-14 grade level you must have:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience with coordination of real property activities with Federal, state, local agencies/governments; Experience with the development and implementation of quality assurance techniques for real property actions to ensure compliance with appropriate policies, procedures, delegations and regulations; Overseeing timelines and scheduled real property actions; Detailed knowledge of principles and procedures for conducting real estate transaction in accordance with AR-405-80, Management of Title and Granting Use of Real Property and AR 405-90, Disposal.
