Qualifications
1. Completion of the requirements for a bachelor's degree in one of the program areas to be managed
OR
2. Experience that provided a knowledge of the goals, principles, methods and techniques of recreation and an understanding of the interests of individuals or groups.
Plus
Work experience supervising support staff in recreation programs.
Highly Preferred
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising a team of 3 or more personnel
2. Proven work experience with a multi-facet program
3. Experience with inventory, budgets, labor, and cost controls
