Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the {GS-13} grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Overseeing family and unaccompanied housing in order to provide technical guidance on the acquisition, construction, operation, maintenance and disposal of housing assets and resolving issues and providing in-depth technical analysis into the direct and concrete plans and implementation practices providing technical recommendations and analyses.
2) Developing and executing long range housing management plans to ensure adequate resources are available for military, DoD, authorized contract personnel and their families through management of Navy-owned, leased or commercial facilities.
3) Directing housing management operations to include housing referral, assignment and utilization, maintenance and new construction, and utilities and services support in compliance with Public Laws, DoD and Navy directives that govern housing programs to meet overall mission objectives.
4) Developing and executing budgets to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
